Due to the current situation of social distancing we are facing, we are now offering “Mask to Mask” Training. 1 session package with Coach Coleman. 50 minutes of training lesson. 50 minutes total session length
Students will receive a 25 minute fitness session. This fitness training is a balance of five elements of good health. The fitness routine includes aerobic fitness, strength training, core exercises, balance training, and flexibility and stretching.
Evaluation for a single athlete 1 session package with Coach Coleman's Coaching Team. This includes a 30 minute session to assess athlete's skill level and athletic ability. This package can only be used one time.

Due to the current situation of social distancing we are facing, Coach Coleman currently if offering video online sessions. These private sessions are recorded for your individual athlete. The sessions are designed to be done anywhere in small areas (back yards, driveways, parking lots, etc) to keep touch and skills improving during the time we can’t train in person one on one. If you are looking for something to keep your player occupied these 15-minute training sessions should provide drills your player can continue to do on their own to stay fresh.
